Why should I try hot yoga?

The practice of yoga in a heated room allows one to achieve greater flexibility and ease getting into the postures. Practicing hot yoga on a regular basis will help you reduce stress, lose weight, detoxify the body, improve immune & cardivascular systems and leave you feeling more energized!

What do I need to bring to class?

All that is required to take part in our hot yoga classes is a yoga mat, towel, water and a willingness to sweat! Our certified instructors will be there to guide you through the process.

Why is it important to drink water before class?

Proper hydration is one of the keys to any rigorous activity and a hot yoga class is no different. Because of the increased perspiration that occurs during a session, we recommend that you are properly hydrated by drinking adequate amounts of water at least an hour before your class. It is also important to continue the re-hydration process once your class is finished.
